This week at Cedros Island….lots of action, several limits in record time of quality yellowtail 20-35 lbs, up to 45 lbs by Señor Tuna’s George, lots of hungry calicos north and west, and the recent arrival of tons of YF tunas….as well as (one) giant white seabass.

What a difference makes the absence of seiners and trawlers which in the past were able to devastate the island’s waters in a few days.

As you know, the tropical storm Lidia is about to hit the island late tonight or Saturday morning after pouring tons of water at Cabo and La Paz. I hope they are okay, and that by the time this reach the island will be too weak to cause any damage to the local community. Luckily, we don’t have clients the weekend, but by Monday another big group will be arriving to enjoy the great action and weather we have been having this season.

GOT CEDROS YET?
