This week at Cedros island, our clients have continued easily hitting limits, and then catch and release of excellent quality yellowtail. I am sharing these two piles of fish so you believe it, especially those not familiar with Cedros’ legendary reputation as the yellowtail capital.

As part of our service, which we can do for anyone, we grilled many collars and bellies, and I have to say that those were awesome! Our great cooks are improving the quality of plates every day, and delivering great dinners including those with special diets or allergies.

Again, weather has been just fantastic. What else is there to say, other than we’re happy to see great friends enjoying their fourth trip in eight years, and already planning the next one. Our amigo, charter master Joe Baima, is already drafting the list of the next group!
